Week of September 18th

The first few weeks of school have flown by! Everyone (including myself!) are beginning to settle in to the routines of a new school year. Many new friendships have formed and old friendships are developing further :)

Students have enjoyed exploring a variety of areas in the classroom including, The Book Nook, The Building Centre, The Creative Corner, Sensory (water, sand, playdough), The Challenge Station, and many more.

The students have been working hard to co-construct different aspects of the classroom (i.e. Word Wall, Number Posters, Classroom Rules, Months of the Year, Days of the Week).

Alphabet letters made out of playdough for the Word Wall.

Everyone came up with their own classroom rule to add to the door.
