Scientists in the School
For our third and final Scientist visit, students took part in a Water Fun program. They learned about how water can be absorbed and repelled, how water changes shape and form, how different objects sink and float in water, how water locks work, and they even got to make their own sail boat. Thank you to the parents who were able to volunteer!
Kindergarten Gardening Day
On Wednesday, all 3 Kindie classes worked together to make the Kindie Yard ready for spring! We planted a variety of flowers and vegetable/fruit plants. Students were very creative by painting signs and drawing pictures for the garden. They also tried out some new activities such as ring toss and experimented with balls and scoopers.

Wellness Day
On Thursday, we spent the day participating in many exciting activities. We started the morning off with a performance by Sonshine and Broccoli! Everyone loved singing and dancing along to their upbeat songs. Next, we spent some time bouncing in a bouncy castle and playing sports games. In the afternoon we had a Monkeynastix class, followed by a popsicle treat and then a visit from Positively Pets. A big thanks goes out to the Wellness Day Committee for planning such a successful day!
